    Návod na prihlásenie sa na zahraničnú akciu

    • zo zoznamu medzinárodných akcií si vyberte akciu, o ktorú máte záujem
    • skontrolujte si, či ide o akciu, na ktorú potrebujete nomináciu ÚJD SR
    • na príslušnú akciu sa môžete prihlásiť elektronicky (elektronická prihláška musí byť potvrdená oficiálnym nominačným listom)
    • nominačný list podpísaný vaším nadriadeným spolu s nominačným formulárom (ak je v popise akcie) zašlite na adresu Úrad jadrového dozoru SR, Bajkalská 27, P.O. Box 24, 820 07 Bratislava
    Pokiaľ ide o akciu, kde nie je potrebná nominácia ÚJD SR, spojte sa priamo s usporiadateľom. Tieto akcie zaraďujeme len pre informáciu.
