Regular Bilateral Meeting between ÚJD SR and PAA in Modra

The regular bilateral meeting between representatives of the Slovak (ÚJD SR) and Polish (PAA) nuclear safety authorities took place in Modra on 29-30 September 2026. The meeting followed up on the previous bilateral meeting held in Poland in April 2025.

The participants informed each other about the current developments in the activities of their respective regulatory authorities and the most significant work carried out since the previous bilateral meeting. They also discussed current issues related to the safety of nuclear installations in their countries, regulatory and legislative frameworks, challenges in the field of nuclear safety associated with the emergence of new technologies in both countries, and developments in international affairs.
