The Nuclear Regulatory Authority of the Slovak Republic published preliminary information on the preparation of the following decree on 18. 8. 2026:
PI/2026/206 Decree of the Nuclear Regulatory Authority of the Slovak Republic No. …/2027, which establishes details on the requirements for the transport of radioactive materials and on the approval of the type of transport packaging.
The public can participate in the preparation of a legal regulation by sending suggestions or proposals in the form of intentions of the basic objectives and substantive focus of the prepared legal regulation according to point 2 of the PI. The deadline for sending suggestions/proposals is 7 days from the date of publication of the preliminary information.
