According to the Atomic Act and UJD SR decree No. 52/2006 on professional competence, UJD SR performs following activities in the area of review, evaluation and control of Professional preparation of licence holder personnel:
- Execution of state supervision in the area of professional preparation of licence holder personnel according to § 5 of Atomic Act performed in specialized facilities
- Issue of certificate for Professional qualification of licence holder personnel according to the § 5 par. 3 letter b) to g) of Atomic Act
- Control of fulfilment of duties by licence holders according to the Atomic Act and Decree
- Approval of system of professional preparation of licence holder personnel according to the § 2 par.2 letter a) of point 4 and according to § 24 of the Atomic Act in compliance with §3 of UJD SR Decree
- Approval of programme of preparation of selected personnel according to § 2 par.2 and according to § 24 of the Atomic Act in compliance with § 4 of UJD SR Decree
- Verification of special professional capability according to § 2 par.2 letter d) of point 1 and according to § 24 of the Atomic Act in compliance with § 6 and § 7 of UJD SR Decree
- Issue, conditionally holding and taking away of certificates on special professional competence according to the § 2 par. 2 letter d) of point 1 and according to § 24 and § 31 of the Atomic Act and in compliance with § 8 of UJD SR Decree
- Verification of special professional competence of selected employees for professional preparation of licence holder employees, who perform professional and theoretical preparation and training at the representative full-scale simulator for selected employees according to § 2 par.2 letter d of point 2 and according to § 24 and in compliance with § 12 and §13 of UJD SR Decree
- Issue, conditionally holding and taking away of certificates on special professional competence according to the § 2 par. 2 letter d) of point 2 and according to § 24 and § 31 of the Atomic Act and in compliance with § 14 of UJD SR Decree
- Review of documentation listed in Atomic Act supplement, which is needed to individual types of authorizations and which is not approved by UJD SR according to § 2 par 2 letter e) of point 3 of Atomic Act
- Review of programme of preparation of professionally competent employees according to § 2 par 2 letter e) of point 4and according to § 24 of Atomic Act and in compliance with § 5 of UJD SR Decree
- Review of technical equipment of specialized facility according to § 2 par 2 letter e) of point 5 and according to § 24 of Atomic Act and in compliance with §11 of UJD SR Decree
- Approval of realization of changes in documentation already approved by UJD SR in this area according to § 2 par. 2 letter a) of point 13 and according to § 24 of Atomic Act.
