International agreements
In connection
with the planning and constructing of NI the neighboring countries have to be informed on
any nuclear installations planned and on the assumed commissioning dates of the nuclear
installations under construction.
Concerning multilateral agreements, the Slovak Republic is signatory to the following
agreements:
Convention on
transboundary environmental impact assessment,
Basel
Convention on the Control of Transboundary movements of hazardous wastes and their
